We hope you’re all just as excited as we are that it is finally winter break! We would love for you to check out this blog over a few fun things you can go out and do while your friends and family are in town this Holiday season!

Head on over to the Plymouth Skating Center to spend a day full of rolling skating with your friends and family. They have a New Year’s Eve party just for you! This will be Sunday December 1st from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM! A meal will be included and don’t forget there is a balloon drop with over $500 in prizes! We also encourage you to go bowling over Christmas break! Quick's Lanes is a great place to have fun times with family and friends. At Quick's Lanes you can have a great time at prices that won’t break your family’s budget. They have plenty of bumper bowling lanes specifically for the kids! Bumpers are great to keep the bowling balls out of the gutters and smiles on the faces of your small children. You cold never go wrong with Plymouth Billiards! Everyone says they have great staff, awesome food, and several activities you can participate in. People often say they are very clean, which is always a bonus when it comes to game rooms! They are a family friendly place to enjoy time with your loved ones! They have competitions that you would really enjoy. Head on over to Plymouth Billiards this holiday season!

The Marshall County Museum offers countless ways to experience our unique Hoosier history. Tour exhibits, attend events, find your roots… and discover a deeper appreciation for the place you call home. Their website tells us, “We are an archive of historical items, but we are also committed to sharing our knowledge, believing that the past gives us perspective on the present. Utilizing all 25,000 square feet of the museum, we strive to make our exhibits interactive, with a contemporary approach that you will find stimulating and enlightening, no matter what your age.” Enjoy learning about the history of Marshall County and sharing how awesome this community is when your family comes into down for the holidays!

Take your friends and family to Showland Cinemas 7 here in Plymouth, IN to watch some of the new movies that just recently came out! Showland Cinemas provides a full service family entertainment facility with a concession stand with an extensive menu and meticulously clean restrooms. Their doors open approximately 30 minutes before each day’s first showing. You can purchase tickets 4 days in advance at the Showland Cinemas box office. Take note that they do not accept checks, so be sure to bring cash or a card! Check out their website to see all the movies, movie times, and prices!

If you’re looking for some quiet time, study time, or just a relaxing area… you can head over to the Plymouth Public Library! We are thankful to have a Library open over the holidays, it is a time to getaway or even head on over to read Christmas stories! You can’t forget to check out the wonderful sledding hills in Plymouth & Bremen! Plymouth’s sledding hill is located at Centennial Park and Bremen’s is located in Sunnyside Park. These are incredibly fun especially when you are able to share laughs and create memories with all of your family members and friends! Be sure to head on over and enjoy some sledding, take lots of pictures and capture some good memories!
